Käytämme termiä "paino" ja yksikköä "gramma", vaikka todellisuudessa käsittelemme nostevoimaa ja massan painovoimaa. Silti asioista on kätevämpi tässä yhteydessä puhua grammoina, eikä Newtoneina.

TOTEX Tx1200 Pallon brutto-noste on annettu: 4250 g

Ilmailumääräysten "OPS M1-1," osassa 9 annetaan "kevyelle miehittämättömälle ilmapallolle" maksimi yksittäisen kollin massaksi: 3000g. Koko järjestelmän massalimitti on 4000g.
